Sharon Cross, RN BSN I-ACT Certified  Owner, Inner Spa

Inner Spa, LLC is owned and managed by Sharon Cross, a graduate from Rutgers' University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Sharon is licensed as a registered nurse in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and worked for over 12 years under the direct supervision of medical doctors in credible healthcare settings.

Due to personal health issues a number of years ago, Sharon decided to make a major career change and, as a result, attended the International School for Colon Hydrotherapy, which subsequently led her to the opening of Inner Spa. Sharon maintains licensure as a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist through I-ACT, a prerequisite for bona fide colonic irrigation practice. With three licensed nurses and qualified support staff, all hand-picked and trained by Sharon, you can rest assured that your colonic irrigation and all other detox services will be administered by a proficient and caring professional.

Sharon's Story

"About 7 years ago I was experiencing a lot of fatigue. Conventional medical test results were inconclusive for any issues so my doctor basically diagnosed me with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

No medical physician could explain WHY I had the fatigue. Their only recommendation consisted of using prescription medication.  

It was at that point in my life that I decided to take matters into my own hands. I began researching alternative and holistic practices.  I started my body on detoxification programs through the use of herbal cleanses, dietary changes, colon hydrotherapy, and a host of alternative cleansing regimens.

Within weeks I felt a significant difference in my health. Within a few months I was feeling more like my old self.  It became evident to me that the underlying cause for my fatigue was toxicity. My body had been toxic and was no longer able to handle the filtration and processing of these toxins as it had always done in the past. The result was an overload on my system which manifested itself as fatigue.

It was at the time of my own healing that I realized I wanted to change direction in my nursing career and offer others the option to enhance their well-being through colon hydrotherapy and natural cleansing methods.
