Embarking on a detox journey can be a transformative step toward improving your health and vitality.
The Inner Spa 10-Day Rapid Detox program is designed to support your body in releasing toxins, resetting its natural functions, and renewing your energy levels.* As you embark on this detox journey, you’ll want to make the most of your detox experience.
This is not fasting:
- Both detoxing and fasting can help reset the body, but detoxing is designed to release, reset, and renew your body’s natural detox pathways and healing abilities.
- Our 10-Day Rapid Detox Program is comprehensive. While it removes certain foods much like fasting does, it also helps rebuild vitality through sustainable lifestyle changes, promoting long-term overall function.
- You will not starve. Even from day 1, there are smoothie, juice and broth options that are surprisingly filling. And by day 3 you are adding lean protein and mixed greens into your meal plans.
Choose your own start date:
- The program is gentle and easy to follow, allowing you to choose the best 10-day period for your upcoming activities. Keep in mind that on day 1, you might feel a little low energy as the day wears on, so don’t start on a day that you’ll be super busy.
- Our 10-day timeframe supports your body’s natural function to release toxic buildup (days 1-3), help reset natural functions (days 4-6), and renew vitality (days 7-10). The eating plan takes you through stages for your body to return to its intended function.
- You’ll be adding walking to your daily routine. Snowstorm coming? Maybe plan your start date for the next day or find an indoor track or treadmill to use.
- Plan around food-centric events. You may want to work around family celebrations and other get-togethers—begin after these types of events to reduce the urge to ‘cheat’ or give up. Or complete your full program prior to the event so you feel energized!
- Restock your refrigerator and pantry before Day 1 so you are ready to embrace the detox with no ‘excuses.’ See our ‘Approved Foods’ list as well as the list of foods to avoid included in your kit. This might be a good time to reorganize your cabinets and donate unopened, unexpired items to a food pantry.
You can do it again:
- Detox duration can vary based on individual needs, typically ranging from 10 to 30 days. Schedule a consultation with our Functional Coach to be sure you are choosing the right plan for your personal wellness goals.
- After completing the detox, you’ll want to maintain your enhanced function and vitality. Continue with the supplements that were in your kit – Life Long Vitality, fiber, probiotics and digestive enzymes. Make sure your walking schedule is in your calendar with an alarm/reminder.
- Want to take it a step (pun intended) further? Join a walking group or a local gym, add a walking app to your phone, and/or schedule ‘walks with friends’ to maintain or increase the movement portion of your detox program.
- Got off track? Liked the progress you made and want to go a bit further? You can do the 10-day Rapid Detox again as soon as 3 weeks later. Check with our Functional Coach.

Dr. Jerry, a seasoned pro at detox programs, knows firsthand the incredible benefits of cleansing the body.
Why does he detox regularly? Because there’s no better way to supercharge your energy and keep your immune system operating at peak performance! Detoxing goes hand-in-hand with the core principles of chiropractic care—helping your body function at its absolute best.
During Phase One of our 10-Day Rapid Detox Program, Dr. Jerry noticed a surprising difference: minimal hunger (read: ‘hangry’) that often accompanies detoxing. But what really blew him away? The simplicity. “It was so easy! Having each day’s supplements pre-packaged in little bags is a game changer! And the checklist?—Genius!”
